Hi there, thanks for visiting my personal website, my name is Patrick Low. I am from Huttons Asia Pte Ltd, an Agency whom specialize in New Launch projects and a market leader in Project marketing.
Just a little bit of myself, I came from a humble background. During the early days, my dad (he is a semi-retiree now) was working in Construction industry while my mum is a full-time housewife, taking care of me and my 2 sisters since young. Before I joined the real estate industry full time in 2008, I was formerly working as an IT System Analyst at Hewlett Packard (HP), enjoying a stable and well-paid job.
However, it was not meant to be. Since my graduation from university, I had established a deep passion of interest in real estate. An 8-to-5 job is really not for me, and I simply cannot sit still in the office for my past 10 years in the corporate world!
In 2008, in the middle of Global Financial Crisis (GFC), and with the blessing from my supportive wife, I had decided to quit my comfortable job and venture into real estate! I didn’t know where I had the courage to do so, but I just felt that it was my calling. It is a new adventure for me that I can grow myself and learn new things, to connect and interact with people (rather than machine and system!). It was a really big step for me, and a challenging one.
Today, I am proud to share with my junior associates that I survived through GFC as a rookie! All the challenges during that period were totally worth it with ton of hardship and experience learnt.
Besides from being actively in all residential sector such as HDB Resale, Private Resale condo, Landed houses and New Launches, I had started to venture into Property Wealth Planning for my clients since early 2016. What made me realized during that time is that, to be able to survive in this industry and stays relevant, we have to constantly upgrade ourselves to be more than just a Sell-And-Buy realtor.
Having experience how most of my clients had been affected by the implementation of Total Debt Servicing Ratio (TDSR) and Mortgage Servicing Ratio (MSR) during the cooling measures back in June 2013, I realized the importance of constantly upgrading myself in order to provide a better sound advice for them.
I started to attend various external paid courses on Social Media marketing and Creative Financial Techniques to see how I can resolve the issues that my clients are facing after the cooling measures. I also constantly attended various property-related seminars to keep myself updated on the current market situation.
Fast forward to today, I am proud to say that I had assisted more than 50 clients in their upgrading dream since early 2016. The best takeaway is witnessing them achieving greater financial heights and moving towards their goal in financial freedom, by profiting from their depreciating current HDB or Private condo and upgraded their lifestyle comfortably without forking out much of their hard-earned saving.
I strongly believe that every household has different needs and wants, so it’s extremely important to listen to their needs rather than non-stop sales talk during the meet up session. It is only through careful listening of their requirements, are we able to tailor-made a solution for them in order to achieve their goal of financial freedom.
In 2017, I took a step further and became a trainer since early 2017, sharing with my associates on how to assist their clients in their property wealth creation strategy so as to achieve their dream in financial freedom.
